Alejandro Castellano (he/him/his) is a diverse guitarist/multi instrumentalist that has been teaching for over 15 years. His studies include classical guitar, Flamenco, Jazz, music education, music theory, and classical Arabic music. Alejandro studied at Berklee College of Music, The Aaron Copland School of Music, and Nassau Community College.

As a teacher, he is caring, patient, and dedicated. He works with his students to develop proper technique to allow them freedom to play the style they wish, tailoring the lessons to the needs and abilities of his students. He teaches rock, classical, jazz, pop, and other styles. Alejandro also teaches Arabic instruments like Oud and Nay.

Alejandro is a member of the prestigious New York Arabic Orchestra, several Boston based ensembles, the Tufts Middle Eastern Ensemble, and he leads and composes for the progressive grunge rock band Indra.
