“As an educator, my goal is for students to experience self-discovery and find new meaning in their work. My teaching is a mix of guided experimentation, standard techniques for producing sound and creating harmonies, quick fixes, and improvisation exercises. These practices teach us to approach music without fear, value our own creativity, and find meaning in the ways we relate to each other and the world.”
